Warranty

14 Day Return To Base Warranty

Unless otherwise stated all items carry a 14-day return as standard, but must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition. Otherwise, unfortunately, due to selling clearance stock on behalf of our clients we cannot accept returns on damaged or sold for parts not working items, all items are sold on an AS IS basis. All items regardless of new or used do not carry any further warranty with CSS as they are classed as clearance stock. Any further warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer (where available), please make sure you are happy with the terms and description before placing a bid.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. In the case, a buyer fails to accept delivery of the item and it is sent back to us, they will be responsible for the added cost of re-shipping the item.

We use DPD Local next working day delivery and Royal Mail, all our items will be well packed and dispatched as fast as possible.

Non-UK Bidders

We now offer international deliveries through the eBay global shipping program, available in many countries a service by which we ship your item to a local eBay Global Shipping centre, eBay then arranges to deliver the goods to your non-UK address. Collections

Same day collection is available from our store in Telford, however, you will be required to purchase the item through eBay first as per eBay?s policy.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday is not a working day. For other couriers, please contact us.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately, we cannot take any action until this time has passed. If you choose not to comply with our rules and peruse a refund by other means, regrettably you will be reported to eBay and unable to make any future purchases through our eBay store.

Computer Support Service (CSS) and EIS Telford are a  part of the Excess IT Solutions LTD group, based in Telford, Shropshire. We are registered with the Environment agency for IT recycling, Refurbish & Repair and are also disclosed agents for InKind Direct; a Prince Charles charity.

We ship to both Residential and Business UK Mainland addresses.

How long do I have to pay for my item I have won?

Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 3 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point, the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit. Please note that paying late for your item may cause a delay in delivery times
