Ukraine's iO (Mulen) is minimal techno's rising star and now launches his own Mulen People imprint and you can sure bet it's gonna make an impact. Romania's always impressive Nu Zau features with the rolling, bass driven groove psychedelics of "112" followed by the splendid liquid funk of fellow homeboy Melodie with "Water Proof". More Romanian upstarts appear such as Funk E with the deep and exotic "Old's Cool". Rolling and funky hypnotics are the order of the day clearly, when being treated further with London based Gri's lovely "Gasha" or sometime Mulen collaborator and Ukrainian underground hero Silat Beksi with "Jangle" which closes proceedings with a bang on this funky, breaks driven tech house jam.
