This Reprise Records Promotional Copy is a 1979 reissue of the original 1969 release. It is in the original Factory Sealed Shrink Wrap so I can't see for myself but the notes below indicate it includes a picture sleeve. The 2 drill holes upper right indicate this was a from-stock Promo. This is a one-owner that the Seller got from the Reprise Records home office catalog library in 1979. It has been in storage for 40 years.
