The three records are in great shape. The 2 page story is in great shape except for a piece of tape at the bottom that has been added. The front and back cover are in very good condition with a few small stains on the bottom of the front and bottom of the back. The outside of the spine has separated but the inside tape is still in tact, so it opens still attached. I'm not sure if that yellow tape is original or not.
Quite a treasure at 70 years old!!!
