The cover is in very good condition with the outline of the record at the bottom and left side only. The edges are worn. It has a plain white sleeve. I think the original owner signed his name on the label. The labels are both in good condition.
There are a few light scratches on both sides. On side 2, the 1st song Deuce, there is a very short scratch (1/8") that could effect the playing.
It does not include "Kissin Time" which is what makes it rare.
