DESCRIPTION

These are official 2019 reissues of Overdrive's original Vinyl. We're are good friends of Tracey Abbott himself and are an authorized dealer to sell their products. All profits made from this sale go directly to the band! 

There have only been 500 of these reissues released and are nearly sold out.

 SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday not including bank holidays). 

The postage costs are shown the listings via eBay. This also covers postage and packaging materials.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then I will work with you to make sure that there is a satisfactory resolution.

For Shipping Outside the UK: Customs/ Import Charges Are NOT Included. You will have to pay for those separately which is normally whilst the item is in transit. Your customs office should be able to give you more information on this. (Unless the shipping is Via eBays GSP Shipping Centre as they deal with customs).

 PAYMENT

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!

Please pay within 2 days or the item will be relisted and you may no longer be entitled to win the item.

All transactions through eBay must be processed through eBay.

 RETURNS & WARRANTY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. We must be notified and the item must have been shipped back to us before the 14 days are up. Postage and packaging fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. 

It is the buyers' responsibility to ship the item back to us. Please send the item via a tracked/ signed for service as we will not be responsible if the item goes missing in the post.

Any items returned within our 14-day policy must be in original condition with all original and undamaged packaging. Items that are special ordered or bespoke are not covered under this returns policy. This returns policy does not apply to any items that are special orders unless they are faulty.

Exceptions

Some items will only be eligible under the 14-day policy above if they are returned to us completely unused and sealed in the original packaging.  These items (unless proven faulty according to the conditions in the ‘Faulty Goods’ section) include but not limited to:

If a product becomes faulty within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods within the UK. Any returned goods must be properly packaged and suitable for transportation. After the 14 days, and up to a 12 month warranty period for brand new items (30 days for second hand), the purchaser will be liable for any carriage costs both to return the item to us and to get the replacement/ repaired item back to you.

This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser and we reserve the right to assess any goods before agreeing to take any action. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.

All of our items are accurately described but occasionally mistakes can happen. If you are not entirely satisfied please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback and we will work with you to rectify the matter.
