Cover has some scratches on front, 1/4" split on bottom seam. Demonstration stamp on rear cover, and demonstration sticker attached to label on Side 2. Vinyl LP has a couple light cosmetic scuffs.
I bought a collection that allegedly had been stored in a living room, unplayed since 1965. Surplus from a record dealer back in the day. The condition of this LP gives me no reason to doubt that story.
