RARE test pressing of "Locals Only" by The Surf Punks - from the estate of Dennis Dragon, founding member and producer of The Surf Punks, brother of "The Captain" and son of Carmen Dragon - vinyl is NM - Reckless Records sleeve is VG+ with slight wear from long term storage - please see photos as they show a more detailed description of the record, it's sleeve and numbers.
