Franklin mint 12” 100 Greatest Recordings of All Time
This is a collectors set of 100 classical records featuring recordings of various classical works by various orchestras at different points in time.
50 boxes in various different colours, each containing two discs and with a description and numbering on the spine.
They are all 33 rpm, pressed on red vinyl and each box comes with a letter describing the recording and also an illustrated booklet giving details of the history of the music, the composers, conductors and orchestras involved, words etc.
Few of the 50 boxes have been opened and those that are opened have never been played. I know this because when my Father bought them, we had no record player! They have been in storage for some time and as you can see, still in the cardboard delivery boxes!
Overall, the whole collection is in excellent, mint condition, and not played once!
I have no real idea if value, so have set a price of £2 per disc, which I think is fair.
Local pick-up only. Sorry, no courier/postage as too bulky and difficult to pack.
