Hi,
I am selling this 12" vinyl from 1999 which is on the Locked On label. The vinyl is in very good condition with only minor scuffs which are visible. It should play without any noise over the scuffs. The sleeve has ring wear, rubbing marks, and staining. There is also water damage to the bottom edge of the sleeve.
