Lots of gospel blues and gospel soul beauties this week, along with runs of the Blue Note and Band Box labels. And, as always, tons of great 45s from greater Texas and Louisiana.

'72 Philadelphia dancefloor soul funk bombs with nice taut drums and a production that sounds amazing coming out of big speakers. Scarce, fantastic.
