What do you give the ultimate Beatles Fan who thinks they’ve got everything?

We’ve got our hands on some ultra-rare polish postcard records from Poland. These were big in the 60s and 70s when pop music was banned by the communists. 1 song was printed onto the front of each postcard and there are some fantastic Kitsch designs.

Possession of these could result in imprisonment if caught. they’re already rare and no more will ever be made.

These are on the Pracownia Poczrowek Dzweikowych label (The Sound Postcard Company)

They are very rare as they were flimsy, easily destroyed and most were thrown away once tapes made their way into the Soviet Union

please note: these are not high quality recordings, but they do sound pretty good all things considered. You can certainly play then to impress your friends, but remember they are essentially laminated card so may not be that durable.

I’d personally say they’re in the same neighbourhood of quality as Flexi discs. I’ve done a you tube video with one so you can see the sound quality: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=u9rpbV0lnAw (this is just one example of the quality, not the one you are buying)

Also, remember these are up 60 years old so there may be some laminate lift which doesn’t affect the music. See images for quality... for their age these are AMAZING and you’re unlikely to see many more come onto the market in this shape.

These are a genuine piece of history for fans of music. I’ve kept some for my personal collection and they’re being framed.
