Our copy of this release (there are several variations) has plain, blank disc labels. Original owner has hand-labelled discs 1 & 2 in pen, while the labels for disc 3 remain blank. 

Cover is clean with moderate wear-mostly around the edges-and a number of small creases around the edges. (Cover cardboard on this release is thin.) Vinyl condition is quite nice-all 3 discs are super clean & glossy, looking barely used. Disc 1 has a short spindle on side 2-rest of set looks great!
