This is an original vinyl edition of Now That’s What I Call Music Volume 18 that was released in 1990. These are various artists double LPs.
I have played this record and listened throughout, my condition notes are as follows:
VINYL: Disc 1 has some superficial non-audible surface marks - playback goo. Disc 2 has a slight warp does not affect play through which is excellent 
SLEEVE/INSERTS: Small impression where someone has written using sleeve as a rest, very small seam splits to top general wear and tear, please see images
