I don't feel I'm knowledgeable enough to grade records so won't do so but have put up plenty of photos for you to see its condition for yourself. As shown the cover has a little corner and edge wear and a few relatively light corner creases. No more notable flaws. The record is in reasonable shape as shown. Nice and glossy and not abused. A small number of fairly light looking scratches which I have endeavored to reflect in the pictures and a light touch of dust along with a few fingerprints but no more notable issues. Labels are in nice shape. I have not play tested it.
