Album is sealed and vinyl is presumed to be in mint or near mint condition. Jacket (sleeve) is in VG+ condition. One very small corner bump on the top right. There are also two small seam splits on the top of the middle and back jacket (it's a trifold). The front cover fold does not have a seam split. Other than the seam splits and small bump (the reasons I give it a VG+ grade), the cover is in new condition.
