The labels are overall EX as they have some pencil marks, the vinyl is EX and has some light wispy scratches on this 1957 UK London issue 45-HL-U 8386 by Eddie Cochran - "20 Flight Rock" b/w "Dark Lonely Street"  See photos for more details.

All overseas packages over the value of £25 will have to be tracked and signed for at an extra cost of £4.50
