This is the same copy I had for sale two weeks ago. The buyer who won the auction never paid, so I am no longer doing an auction, only a buy it now with immediate payment required.

This is the Poland pressing of the Enigma debut album MCMXC a.D.

If you are looking at this, then you know that any of the 29-year-old official pressings or recent represses of this record are extremely hard to find, and very expensive when they do pop up. Due to the unavoidable condition of the lighter weight paper outer sleeve, this pressing is a quite a bargain.

I acquired this album from someone who stored old factory inventory from a Poland Pressing plant.

My grading is based on Discogs/Goldmine grading system.

Record Condition (Visual): NM

Extremely glossy, so naked eye surface scratches in the playback grooves. May have a few imperfections in the non-playable run-out grooves. No significant warping from eyeballing, but warp-free isn't guaranteed since I am not putting this record on a spinning table. If theres is warping noticed while spinning, I'd hope it wouldn't effect playback. Label is overall in great shape, some light rub wear may be present due to the age and original. sleeve material

The record has never been played before, and the vinyl looks like it just came off of the press. I would imagine surface noise to be minimal, especially if cleaned before listening. Speculation of course though, because, again, this record is unplayed. 

Sleeve Condition: VG/G++ for 29-year-old lightweight sleeve

In the early 90s, MJM Music Poland licensed popular US albums to press in Poland. The jackets for these pressings were typically thin, glossy card stock (similar to a deluxe INNER album art printed sleeve on a recent release). As one can imagine, the weight of the vinyl, gravity, environment, etc and age has resulted in these pressings having ringwear, warpage, curling, scuffs, discoloration, fingerprints, bending by now, or disintegrated all together. That being said, this album sleeve has some of these imperfections, which I have photographed for more realistic buyer expectations.

The record will be inside a MOFI archival inner sleeve, as I do with all of my albums, regardless of selling or keeping for myself. There is no evidence of these MJM pressings having any original inner sleeves at all, which likely contributes to their outer sleeve's compromised durability.
