All orders are packaged with care using cardboard padding on both top and bottom of records. Records with cover artwork are removed and packaged separately. Sealed records and records with generic covers are shipped as-is. If you have special requests (i.e. opening sealed records) please add a message at the time of your order.

Processing & Tracking

We take pride in quickly processing all orders, which is usually within 24 hours of payment

* Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once the order is ready for USPS collection. We usually receive USPS collection 5 days a week. Your package should be collected the same or following business day the tracking number is provided *

Please note that USPS does not scan packages as they enter the truck so there may be a slight delay in tracking updates. If there are any delays in the collection of your order you will be notified.
