Brand new item in shrink, but slit open carefully to ensure it has both an A/B and C/D. This release has been know to include 2 of one, and zero of the other, so checking before it gets to you is your best guarantee. If you want to risk it, please ask for a sealed copy when purchasing. But again, that is at your own risk. I would not be able to exchange if this occurs.
