Record was purchased from antique store in rural Texas where country music is king (in Robertson County which is Bob Wills' birthplace) - there is no provenance but there is also no reason to doubt the authenticity as there is no indication that there is a significant black market for Kershaw Brothers signatures.
Condition is "Used" - please see photographs for condition.  Vinyl has significant wear with scratches consistent with being played over the past 60 years.   Record plays more like VG+.  Labels show some wear.  Cover is also in VG+ condition with some scuffing and edge wear.  There is a small round green "50" cent sticker on the front cover.  Signatures are well-preserved and impressive.
