Junior Wells' Chicago Blues Band (with Buddy Guy) "Hoodoo Man Blues" DS-612. Delmark 1974 stereo re-issue. I purchased this album new in the mid 1970's. I have recently cleaned it and tested all tracks on both sides, plays great. Still in the original outer shrink wrap (with a price sticker). Damage on the right bottom corner, shrink torn on left bottom corner from shelf wear. Slight ring wear on the back cover. There are no markings on the cover or the original inner sleeve (there is a 1 inch split on the bottom of the sleeve). My name is written in ink on the side A label (covered in the photo for the listing).
The LP is in a new anti-static clear sleeve placed on the outside of the album cover in a clear 3 Mil outer sleeve with a cardboard stiffener (200 lb. corrugation) and packaged in a 12" LP shipping mailer (made from 200 lb. test corrugated cardboard with 32 lb. ECT (edge crush test).

I was fortunate to attend a live performance of Junior Wells and Buddy Guy at the Key Largo Nightclub in Portland, Oregon (late 1970's).
