It is the Dylan & The Dead - vinyl lp on Columbia Records (C 45056) and comes in the original photo Inner Sleeve and also has the original Hype Sticker on the back of the album cover along with a small gold promo stamp.

The album is in Mint- Condition and looks like it has never been played and at most just needs a gentle cleaning.  The cover is in Excellent shape.  

I will combine shipping for the minimum cost per the post office
