Original TN private 1975 progressive psych LP on RAV Records.
Sleeve still in torn shrinkwrap. Cover would be VG+, but downgraded due to crease top right and some chipping along front opening (where the cardboard is exposed) as well as what looks like some moisture wear to the lower right (looks a little wavy, not discolored) Sorry, no insert (it seems some copies didn't have them from the factory!)
