Here we have a very unusual copy of The Byrds' Mr. Tambourine Man album from 1965. This album is the debut album of the folk rock group that featured the smash hit title song. It also launched the career of David Crosby and Chris Hillman. This particular issue is a super rare misprint which is a result of a massive error on the part of Columbia records. Side 1 is the correct label for the Byrds album, however Side 2's label is actually Percy Faith Themes For Young Lovers! Somehow, the Percy Faith label must've gotten mixed in with the production line for the Byrds album, thus creating this unusual copy. The record is a 1st stereo issue copy pressed on the red Columbia 360 sound labels. The record is a strong VG with some surface scratches and some scuffs. There are a couple of more notable marks on Side 1 Track 3, but it plays through without skipping. The cover is in VG+ condition with some ring wear and some edge wear. Please see all the pictures to determine condition. Overall, this album would make a unique addition to your collection. This item is being sold as is and as found. Thank you!
