While the Record has never been opened, there may be some tearing of the seal / wrap, and mild damage to the cardboard (outer sleeve) as it is old and has been moved around a few times). Photos are of the actual item the  Buyer will receive. 

Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 1 business day or less. Item will ship at the shipping method shown or faster. Economy Shipping = USPS Media Mail. Item will be very well packed and protected. Items ship from Los Angeles area, typically via, FedEX unless an order total is very low or weighs under 1 LBS AND sold for under $50, in which case, I don't really have an option outside of USPS. 

Returns: I offer a 30 day return policy, I pay for the return shipping. Returns can be made if I made a moderate to major mistake in the listing. The return policy is not for items to be looked at in person and then returned, for example; shopping, free rentals / trials, and buyer's remorse are not reason for return. Minor issues I can work with you. Make sure you have read the entire listing's description and taken a look all photos. In sum, I will do everything in my power to satisfy a customer who is not, obviously, trying to take advantage of or scam me. I do not send refunds until I have recieved the item back (this is eBay's policy too).
