There are new Sales Tax Laws going into effect beginning July 2019 in many States.  All sales shipped to Pennsylvania and certain other States  must now be charged Sales Tax, even if you are buying from outside of your home State.  Ebay will charge and collect from all Pennsylvania buyers 6% Sales Tax at the time of checkout and remit this payment directly to the Department of Revenue.  Ebay will charge, collect and pay all appropriate Sales Tax in all States which have adopted this new policy.
