The front cover is in great condition except for a little wear on the bottom 2 corners. All of the seams are good. There is a little wear on the tips of the corners.
The plain sleeve is in excellent condition.
The record doesn’t appear to have ever been played. Both labels are in excellent condition. It has been tested.
