Rare Misprint: Has "THE BEAILES" Printed On Side 2 Label Instead Of "THE BEATLES"

The vinyl is overall in Very Good + condition. Visually it shows signs of light, careful use. The labels have some small spindle wear and the record's surfaces have sleeve removal marks and a few scuffs / small scratches on each side, but they're generally superficial; it lies flat on my turntable and plays without jumping but there is some small surface noise that's more noticeable in the quieter segments with some very slight distortion on the end tracks of each side due to how loud the record is cut. Despite the cutting being loud and hot, with good gear it can still track pretty nicely and it also helps to minimize the surface noise some. It's a very nice listen and luckily there's no obnoxious pops! I'd recommend summing your cartridge to mono for playback as this will pull the little surface noise down from the mix even further.

Comes with an original mono Ernest J. Day Cover which grades as Very Good, but no higher. Has the Angus McBean credit in the revised position. It's quite nice and presentable, especially on the front panel, but there is some laminate wear around the edges and a fair amount of wear on the corners, and especially on the back at the top right where there's a stain, some squashed parts of the laminate and a whole section of the paper flap flipback is missing and you can see the two folds in the card underneath the paste-over segments. Unfortunately these types of covers were notorious for degrading and wearing down quickly and the flipbacks do show some wear and creasing but luckily they're still holding together and if treated with care, they should stay that way too. The openings feel surprisingly nice on this cover and the spine is still readable too. All in all, not perfect but decent for it's age. Just see how a lot of the other ones turn up on this site!
The record comes with it's original poly-lined Emitex inner sleeve and it's in fantastic condition! Only slight signs of wear.

All in all, not a perfect copy but a competent one, and quite nice sounding.   Needledrops are available on request :)
