So these are the well-known 'facts':

The 7” is Mr. Bungle recorded live at Cabaret Metro, Chicago, USA on March 26 1992. There is no video footage of this show.

The release is known as 'Uremia EP' (after the passage of English on the back of the sleeve describing Uremia, the illness that accompanies kidney failure) or 'Mi Stoke Il Cigaretto' (after the title of the A-side) or 'Live In America'.

The 500 copies were pressed in Italy and released later in 1992.

The label was 'Andiamo al ospedale ber placere!!! Records' meaning 'Let's go to the hospital please!!! Records'. They is no evidence they ever released anything else.

It was distributed 'Via Brimatti' ('Brimatti' does not translate) from '15-56122 Pisa', presumably an address in Pisa.

The A-side is 2m 44s and the B-side 4m 33s. Some YouTube uploads have just the A-side, some combine both sides to give a 7 minute plus running time.

The sleeve is a single piece of folded paper in a thin plastic sleeve. The artwork, containing a version of the familiar Mr. Bungle logo, seems specifically hand-drawn for this sleeve but otherwise it's origins are unknown.

The runout groove etching on the A-side reads “6112-4 WPZ-09 It's worse – Rudy Rucker”. WPZ-09 is the catalogue number. No idea what the rest of the etching means.

The runout groove etching on the B-side reads “6122-B WD7-09 Seduced By Microscopes, Syrupy Speculum”. This latter bit also offers no clues as to it's meaning.

It is said large numbers of the of the record were bought by the band and sold at gigs in 1995. There is a photo of a copy signed by the band online, suggesting they did not have a huge problem with it's existence.
