The Shapeshifters have always been a great link to the glorious days of disco past. Their sound isn't fully retrospective, but is well versed in what made those originators so revered. In Glitterbox they have got a great home to do their best work and 'You Ain't Love' might just be that. It is a collab with vocalist Teni Tinks and is all super slick drums, rich string stabs and high gloss disco energy, topped off with a pipe busting vocal. It is served up in various different versions here but the original will take some beating.
