This auction is for Joy Division - Gruftgesaenge - Double Vinyl LP in very good condition on black vinyl. This is the original release.

JOY DIVISION -GRUFTGESAENGE (2 x LP) DR 003-4 Democrazy Records 1981 Matrix numbers: JD 1/2/3/4 West-German double LP first released May 1981. Originally on black vinyl this album has been re-released and re-re-released many times on many different colours. Reissued as Ian Curtis, 15 July 1956 - 18 May 1980 double CD. Source: live & studio.
We have compared the Amsterdam concert tracks on the original album and the reissues and they come from different tapes (or a different generation of the same tape). The sound on the original is more powerful and has more bass. 
Original LP - The original version came in black vinyl with blank labels. The matrix number on the vinyl had hyphens in it. The sleeve was non-glossy and the front cover had a black stripe along the bottom.
Back cover had a maximum price notice and a dedication to someone called Ertl.
