All items are securely packaged in order to eliminate (or at least significantly reduce) any damage that your postal carrier might attempt to inflict. I've been doing this for YEARS and have never had an issue. I pack incredibly securely, so if the items arrive damaged, then that means your postal carrier has some form of grudge against you, and you might need some couples counseling. I WILL ONLY COMBINE SHIPPING OF LIKE ITEMS (records with records, comics with comics, CDs with CDs, etc.).  
Payment via Paypal is expected within 24 hours as I will ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment. That said, this is not my day job, and I am a single father of 3 kiddos, so sometimes life gets in the way. If I have to stay home with a sick kid or have to go on a business trip, I won't be able to get the item(s) out immediately. Please be patient, though. I will communicate with you so you're aware of what's going on at all times. Because of that, I also hope you'll show me the same respect and communicate with me. If payment is not received within 3 business days, I WILL file an unpaid item claim. Just like I hope you understand that life might get in the way of me shipping something out within 1 business day, I understand that life also might get in the way of you paying.
