Here we have a nice copy of Sugarhill Gang's "Rapper's Delight (Long Version)"/"Rapper's Delight (Short Version)" 12" single from 1979. This song was said to be the very first hip hop song of all time and started the very popular genre that is continuing to evolve today. This particular copy is the 2nd issue pressed on the light blue Sugar Hill labels. The record is in VG++ condition with some light surface scratches and light scuffs. The B-side label has some slight bubbling. The cover is in VG condition with some light ring wear, edge wear, a slight crease and a sticker on the top right hand corner.
