Comprising of a 12" vinyl LP record in gatefold cardboard cover (see photographs). Front of cover opens up to reveal an institution scene with die cut 'Quiet Room' door that opens to reveal Alice in a padded cell. Back of cover has die-cut institution doors that open to reveal Alice (& the other inmates) running down the corridor with suitcase & release papers. With inner colour paper sleeve including lyrics and colour disc labels on both sides of the disc.
I have owned this from new in the mid 1980's & it has been in storage ever since - barely played, so is in near mint condition (see below). At the time of listing copies of this edition available for sale (used & tatty) are commanding prices of up to over £67.00 + customs fees - grab yourself a bargain. Perfect for all Alice Cooper or rock music fans and collectors.
