Pre-owned and test played by me. I'm no record grader but I play each record especially paying attention to any parts that have scratches. I guess surface noise is in with the grade of the record. I grade to the best of my ability. Please contact me if u have any problems. We have had these records 30 or more years. My wife passed away a few years ago and she would like me to pass these along all across the country. Someone to play and enjoy them like we did.
