Back in 2013, 'Benediction' marked a real high water mark for Lee Foss, Jamie Jones and their label Hot Creations. It was a perfect crossover tune that pre-dated the dance-pop-house explosion that followed. It's got breezy pool-side chords, emotive and heart felt vocals and a bassline that defined every Hot Creations record for years after. It gets a special press here on gold vinyl, and it is still as warm and lovable now as it ever was. A dub is also included and closing out the package is 'Forward Motion' (MK Reverse mix) which is a sleazy and dirty house tune with tumbling chords and jacked up drums to get the crowd pumping.
