Cover shows minor shelf wear and a hint or ring wear.  Still very glossy finish, some minor creasing/scrunching in corners.  Cutout in upper seam near lp opening.  Prior owner's name written in ink in upper corner of back.  
Nice poly lined generic paper sleeve.
LP shows a few hairline scuffs and some dust clinging by static.  A few discolorations in the vinyl.  Visually VG to VG+ but expect the usual vinyl surface noise experience.
This lp is from my personal collection purchased some time from the late 70s through the early 2000s.  Only selling these off as I am downsizing and have not spun these in ages.
