Alice in Chains Facelift Vinyl LP.
Bought this at a record store in NH years ago. Owner claimed that it was a limited edition color vinyl version but when I got it home it was just regular black vinyl. Listened to it once and then stored on the shelf. Sleeve is gatefold and did not come with liner notes.
