Record very good, sleeve shows wear. I think it's meant to be "clear galaxy" version but looks more translucent black than clear. Matrix: "REACTOR LP 06-A2 THE WIZZARD 236693E1 1119182".
Record: very good, couple of small faint marks but nothing that would affect playback. Outer sleeve: all corners creased. Inner sleeve: split edges.Includes only what is shown in photos.
