House of Pain's debut album House of Pain (Fine Malt Lyrics) is 30 years old in 2022. To mark the anniversary, the Tommy Boy Records label has served up this remastered, limited-edition release on heavyweight wax with orange and white wax in a plush embossed sleeve. It is the full treatment for a classic album from this rabble-rousing Irish-American crew. They were a big breath of fresh air when they arrived, hitting the local rap and alt music scene in their own inimitable and unapologetic fashion. 'Jump Around' is of course the most iconic hit and it saw global chart success but the whole album is just as fun.
