Cover: VG shape. Has a cut out hole on the top left, light to moderate corner wear, and writing and discoloration on the back.
Record: G+ shape. Has a moderate amount of superficial surface scuffs, with a couple of light scratches that can be felt. Plays through just fine, has some surface noise to varying degrees at times.
