I would grade all vinyls and covers as VG+ with specifics about each record below:
The records all play perfectly well, to my knowledge. The Blind Faith album looks basically flawless, and most of the others aren't too far behind, with just a bit of dust collected over the decades and some minor surface scratches, but nothing major that should affect playing. Looking them over I would say that they look really great for being some 50 years old! I bought them from a Minneapolis radio station going out of business a long time ago, so they are either first pressings or close to it. 
The covers are in pretty good shape too. Derek and the Dominoes and Blues Breakers are the best, with Wheels of Fire right behind as it's in great shape save for the side, which is worn. Disraeli Gears is also great save for one issue, which is a patch of unsightly peeling in the bottom right corner. Yardbirds and Blind Faith have a bit more ringwear, but nothing terrible, while the History of Clapton is the most weathered, as it has some fading a little bit of splitting going on, but even it has held up reasonably well over the years.
Long story short: No major issues. Great records from great bands featuring one of the all time great musicians!
