Looks like it was water damaged (now dry to touch). Sleeve is wrinkled. Gatefold was stuck together, inner print damaged when pulling it apart. Inner sleeve similarly damaged/wrinkled.
Record has faint marks across both sides which seem to cause surface noise audible in quieter parts of music. I'd say it is still listenable, though far from perfect.
