This item is:
An original 1950's? pressing of Darius Mihauds' Sonata No.2 for Piano & Violin / Daniel Lesur Sextuor.
Robert Soetens, Violin and Suzanne Roche, Piano.
Sextuor Alma Musica performing on the Lesur Sextuor.
Super rare original 10" on Ducretet-Thomson, LP 8239.
This lp is both very rare and of high musical quality!
Grading:
The record is visually in EX to EX- condition - some very light marks on the vinyl, mainly from storage in the plastic inner sleeve. There are a few very small marks that cause the occasional pop / tick.
Audibly the record grades VG+. Some light background sound throughout, I believe this to be mainly from the 1950's French pressing. This is a superb performance and a very good listen.
The sleeve is in G+ condition. Some sticker removal surface tears, 2 small splits towards the top edges of the spines and some staining on the rear.
This record would probably benefit from an ultrasonic or similar pro clean
*******All records graded under a strong light to strict standards*******. I do not clean records, (I don't have an ultrasonic machine), if any of the discs need a clean this will be mentioned in the listing; I would advise all records to be pro cleaned to ensure the best possible playback.
All items are guaranteed.
Records shipped out of the sleeves in strong mailers.
Shipping is a little expensive to help cover the insurance cost of this lp. All customs fees / import duties are the full responsibility of the buyer.
