This is an original radio station box set of Dick Clark's National Music Survey from December 5, 1981.  This is a true time capsule including the survey based on Cashbox Magazine which was used in the show's early days.  This listing includes the box, 3 vinyl records in Very Good Condition, DJ cue sheets and a CD digital copy for immediate listening.  There is a stock picture used so dates will differ, but this is representable of what you are bidding on.
