French duo Principles Of Geometry return to esteemed French imprint Tigersushi for their fifth long-player and the first in over eight years titled ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. Of the curious title, the duo - comprised of Guillaume Grosso & Jeremy Duval - have stated that this album is a construct on the language which composes and continues to inspire their musical lexicon. Influences of early 90s IDM are a constant throughout the album's extensive collection of tracks. There's the acid washed sunrise breaks of 'Brosome Ride', the lo-fi ambient journey of 'Cmd Ctrl' through to the evocative smack electro of 'Gear', the Warp influenced 'Loom Letter' which could have appeared on the seminal Artificial Intelligence series, and the hyperaware drum 'n' bass of 'We Did It Joe' making for a wide range of styles on this magnificent opus
