This listing is for a RARE Beatles 12-inch LP "Revolver" on JAPANESE RED translucent vinyl on the ODEON label (OP-7600) with inserts. "Revolver" is their most boldly progressive album and the album that redefined The Beatles in the mid sixties.
George Martin compiled this innovative collection, moving away from the standard pop rock of "Beatlemania" to include their more experimental and adventurous work.

This Album has an eclectic set of songs embracing the full gamut of visceral energetic rock, quirky pop, smooth ballads and new age musings.
First Edition / First Pressing: This is the first original BEATLES Revolver JAPANESE pressing LP on the Odeon Records label. Pressed on high quality Japanese deep RED translucent vinyl.

TRACK LIST:
Taxman Eleanor Rigby I'm Only Sleeping Love You To Here, There and Everywhere Yellow Submarine She Said She Said Good Day Sunshine And Your Bird Can Sing For No One Dr. Robert I Want To Tell You Got To Get You Into My Life Tomorrow Never Knows. The cover is in excellent condition. The jacket-cover is fully laminated heavy-duty card.
Lyric sheets have some age spots and wear. The Japanese lyrics insert is in good condition for its vintage. The English lyrics insert is in reasonably good condition with some tape marks at the bottom edge that are shown in the photos. It is this famous avante-garde LP that really captures the spirit of the emergent counter-culture movement of the era. The opening song "Taxman" is by George Harrison.
The final track is Lennon's mystical "Tomorrow Never Knows":
          "Turn off your mind
Relax and float down stream ..."
