THIS IS THE EUROPEAN REPRESSING on Mercury label. UNLAMINATED SINGLE COVER. The cover is in VG(+) condition, normal wear BUT creases on edges, surface ringwear, discolouration/wear on spines/corners, 1 sticker mark on rear (top right corner), small tear and some scratches on rear (top left and centre cover), left spine is readable, for details see photos (with and without flashlight). The vinyl is in VG+ condition and plays wonderfully and without lessening in sound quality.

THE JOHN DUMMER BLUES BAND

JOHN DUMMER, DAVE KELLY, THUMPER THOMSON, 

JOHN O'LEARY, T.S. McPHEE plus JO-ANNE KELLY

This UK band came into being in 1965, evolving from the Muskrats and the Grebbells, and lasted until the early 70s, surviving numerous personnel changes. The line-up included prominent British blues artists such as pianist Bob Hall, guitarist Dave Kelly and his sister Jo Ann Kelly, Mike Cooper, and Tony McPhee. The band backed touring American artists John Lee Hooker and Howlin’ Wolf, and recorded albums for Mercury and Vertigo between 1969 and 1973.
