OBI: TWO obi strips in near MINT CONDITION - Green Medallion-shaped Apple obi-strip and Gold Academy Award obi-strip for the 1971 Oscar. Both OBI strips are almost perfect.
Very rare to have two intact, original, perfect obi strips of this vintage.
INSERT: Lyrics sheet in near MINT condition in both English and Japanese.

This is the STEREO release of  'Let It Be' on Apple Label for Japan.

Twelve-track LP pressed by Toshiba on high quality Black Vinyl, housed in a strong gate-fold cover that has TWO obi strips.

Beautifully packaged, brilliantly pressed from the original UK masters in Japan.

Originally released in the UK on 8 May 1970, in tandem with the motion picture of the same name, this Japanese pressing was released the following year.
Awards:
In March 1971 'Let It Be' won a Grammy for the Beatles for outstanding achievements in the music industry - 'Best Original Score Written for a Motion Picture' (Awarded by the Recording Academy of the United States).
The following month 'Let It Be' won an Oscar (Academy Award of Merit) for Best Music, Original Song Score (Awarded by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences - AMPAS).
